We proudly highlight our long-standing collaboration with the renowned British retailer Marks & Spencer, one of the most demanding partners in the industry. Their internal food safety standard goes beyond conventional certifications such as BRC and IFS, setting even stricter requirements that encompass every stage of production – from rigorous raw material control and complete traceability to technical precision and operational compliance at the highest level A.
In addition to Baklava we also produce our newly famed Filo Snaps.
