OUR SHORT HISTORY

From the heart of the Mediterranean

Although Baklava has a long history dating back to millennia, our history is relatively short. It’s the idea that continued tradition and provenance should always continue to reign and be part of what we create. The way Baklava is made in our factory is still the same way it was made a long time ago. By keeping classic shapes and fillings, we have grown from nothing to becoming the largest Baklava maker in the EU, over just several years.

NEW NUT FILO SNAPS

With particular care we have developed new nut–based products called Filo Snaps ALMOND AMARETTO, COCOA HAZELNUT & COCOA PISTACHIO that will soon be found in our standard range of products.

Grand Opening

After seven years at our previous factory, we are proud to announce that we are moving forward.

We have relocated to a larger place in Donji Stupnik and have decided to celebrate this momentous occasion with our friends, family and long-standing business partners.
